EPA and DHA
Fish oil contains two important fatty acids that are part of the omega-3 fatty acids group: EPA and DHA. Together these two substances are beneficial to your health. Fish oil contains large amounts of both EPA and DHA.
When consumed daily, DHA supports your brain functions and vision. Vitamin E has an antioxidant effect which protects your cells against external threats.
EPA and DHA can be found in many types of fish, such as sardine, mackerel and salmon, but also in shellfish. Lean white fish, eggs and certain meats contains smaller amounts of EPA and DHA.
Fish oil capsules
Fish oil is also available in capsules, which are easy to use with water. Cheapido has different types of capsules, such as: Lucovitaal Supplement Omega 3-6-9 complex X-Forte
Lucovitaal Omega 3-6-9 Complex X-Forte Supplements are fatty acids in dry form. These capsules are more pure and support the condition of your arteries, cholesterol level, muscles and joints, skin, natural resistance and airways.
