Which methods of payment are available for my country?
Cheapido offers you a variety of payment methods. Options include PayPal, Credit Card and bank transfer. For a complete list, click here.

I did not receive an invoice with my delivery.
You will always receive an invoice via e-mail. Did you not receive an invoice or do you need a new one? You can always download a digital copy from your Account Page under My Orders.

I made a payment, but it does not show in my order history.
It is possible that your payment has not yet been received or that it has not yet been processed by our financial administration system. Processing of payments can sometimes take up several days, depending on the method of payment you chose.

When will my cancellation be credited?
Cancelled orders that have already been paid will be credited within 2 weeks after cancellation.
