Cheapido gives you a 30 day return period. This return period starts from the day you receive the product in question. Products can only be returned unused and in the original packaging. 

For return shipments, we make a distinction between two categories of causes. Those outside of your responsibility (e.g. dead on arrival (DOA) or incorrect products) and those that are the results of your own choices. These last include, for example, products that you received in good shape, but that you changed your mind about. This responsibility determines which party, you or the seller, has to pay for the shipping costs.

Can any product be returned? 
Most products can be returned, with the exception of those listed below.

  • Hygiene products with opened packaging and/or a broken seal.
  • Custom-made products. 
  • Products that have visibly been used, making them unsaleable.
  • Products returned without their original packaging.

How do I start my return shipment?
Log into your account and go to the Request Return tab. Do you not have an account? Please contact us, so that we can help you with the return procedure.

Declare a return

  1. Go to My Account, login en click Request Return. 
  2. Go through the steps.
  3. You will receive a response to your request within 2 business days.
  4. After your request has been approved, you will receive an e-mail explaining how to return your product.

Please note: Products without approval of return will not be accepted. 

What happens next?

  1. You drop off the parcel at your local post office. Do not forget to keep the shipping receipt. If something goes wrong during transport, this is your insurance with the shipping company.
  2. Does your return shipment meet all the requirements? We will then repay you the full purchase amount. Shipping costs will only be compensated if the reason for returning is a mistake from our side (for example if you received a broken or incorrect product). If you change your mind about an ordered product, you will have to pay for shipping yourself.
  3. Repayments will be made within 10 business days of the product(s) returning to us.
